Amy and Alex are a fun-loving couple from Jacksonville, FL. They met online and the chemistry was instant. They bonded over their love of travel, laughing, and the love they share for the family and friends that surround them. So, it may not have been a surprise to anyone that when it was time to get married, they decided to do a destination wedding. Amy and Alex were married on a beautiful, crisp Autumn day at Castle Ladyhawke, at Bear Lake Reserve, in North Carolina.

The Castle looks straight out of a Scottish romance novel. The large, stone walls seem to appear out of nowhere in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The bride and groom's rooms were gorgeous and included billiard games to play while the couple waited for their time down the aisle. The ceremony itself was held on the Castle Ladyhawke’s grounds overlooking the mountains. White roses lined the aisle. The reception was held in the Great Hall, where friends and family welcomed this next chapter for Mr. and Mrs. Chandler.
